Before choosing a home
Compare possible neighborhoods with the school day. If you are considering Playacar, check travel time and entry arrangements at a realistic hour. You can contact Admissions before committing to housing.
Before traveling
Ask your previous school for academic reports you may need, and ask the new school which documents it requires. If you expect to return abroad, check with the destination school as well. Requirements are confirmed individually.
Contacting El Árbol Azomali
Share expected dates, the last grade attended and your child’s languages. Request places, placement criteria, total fees and temporary enrollment terms if needed. The published email is info@elarbolazomali.org.
During a visit or trial
The published process includes a three-day trial. Confirm arrangements and observe how your child feels, understands routines and asks for help. Discuss the experience with the team before deciding.
After enrollment
Agree a communication channel and opportunities to review adjustment. Keep family routines predictable and collect your child’s questions for their teachers. Settling-in timelines vary and should not be promised in advance.
If you have a departure date
Ask in advance which reports and documents the school will provide and how continuity is coordinated. Do not assume automatic grade equivalence or recognition abroad.
